At Pinpoint Manufacturing, we have a wide range of Vertical and Horizontal Lifting Bags, our ‘VHLB’ Range.
These bags have been designed with two different lifting slings that allow the user to lift the bag vertically or horizontally, depending on the situation. This design creates a very versatile lifting bag and one which our customers across many different industries love.
VHLBs can be purchased as a ‘bag only’ option or supplied with several options of tray: External, Internal or L-Shaped tray. The External and Internal trays travel the length of the bag protecting the outside or the inside from any sharp objects. The L-shaped tray gives stability when used for both horizontal and vertical lifting as the tray covers both the length and one end of the bag. Additionally, we offer the option to have internal straps fitted to securely hold the load in place when it is being lifted vertically.
Like all our bags, our VHLB are certified to Working Load Limits (WLL), which are clearly displayed on the front of the bag to ensure weight capacity is not exceeded. The Working Load Limit depends on the size of the bag, and our range varies from 40kg to 750kg.
The two smallest bags (which have Working Load Limits of 40kg) are VHLB1650 (length 320mm x width 300mm x closed height 1650mm) and VHLB2000 (length 540mm x width 190mm x closed height 2000mm). Our largest bag holds a massive 750kg (length 1500mm x width 500mm x closed height 500mm), and other bags in our VHLB range hold 150kg and 300kg, meaning there’s something for every client and requirement.
The standards options that we offer on all our bags are also available on the VHLB. They’re available in ten different colours – red, orange, yellow, lime green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, purple, black and silver. So, you can choose a bag colour that suits your organisation’s branding or one that fits in with your visual labelling system.
All our bags are available with a choice of Lifting Eyes to suit your needs and usage. We can also provide bags with custom labels to suit your branding needs, bags with your company logo and bags with window pockets if you need to look at what’s inside quickly.
