Our range of optional extras allows you to customise your lifting bags to suit your specific application, environment, and handling requirements. From added protection and reinforcement to improved organisation and ease of transport, these options help ensure each bag is built to perform exactly how you need it on site or in the field.
Custom Label
Add your company logo or identification labels directly to your bags. Custom labels are sewn in during manufacture—just let us know at the quotation stage.
A4 Window Pocket
Ideal for holding documents or interchangeable labels, the A4 window pocket provides clear visibility while protecting contents from the weather.
10cm Internal Tray
Our 10cm high internal trays offer robust are ideal for safeguarding against loose tools or sharp edges that could damage the PVC base. Trays can be supplied as either fixed or removable for added flexibility.
Pallet Tray
Designed for transporting your loaded bag via forklift, these trays are fitted with pallet style feet making manoeuvring and storage even easier, eliminating the need for manual handling. The pallet tray works in tandem with our high internal trays or walls.
Custom High Internal Tray
Manufactured to your required height, custom internal trays provide enhanced protection from loose tools to sharp edges. For extra flexibility our internal trays can be provided as fitted or removable. Height restrictions may apply on larger bags.
Custom Internal Compartments
Like our high internal trays, custom internal compartments offer the same high wall internal protection paired with organisation and load separation.
High Internal Walls
Sealed in fabric pockets, high internal walls add stability and structure to closed lid style bags, helping maximise the internal space as well as adding reinforcement to the inside and outside.
L Shaped Tray
Specifically designed for our vertical and horizontal lifting bags, the L shaped tray adds extra support to these dual orientation lifting bags.
Flat Plastic Insert
A simple base reinforcement option that helps protect against contamination from oily components and supports the base of the bag.
Foam Insert
Protect fragile loads with a foam interior. Using brushed nylon foam we can line almost any bag, adding long lasting protection for fragile and delicate loads.
Flat Marine Ply Board Insert
A cost effective base support, recommended for larger bags. Marine ply adds rigidity to the base whilst able to withstand harsh marine environments.
Internal Strapping
With the option of buckles of Velcro, add internal strapping to the inside of your bag to help secure your load from moving around during lift.
Foam Cushion
Often used in vertical and horizontal bags, foam cushions add protection whilst lifting vertically. It can also be used to pad out unutilized space within the bag. Not limited to design in photo.
Wooden Component Frame
Ideal for housing pitch cylinders or other cylindrical items, custom wooden component frames can be added into the base of your bag to keep the load secure during lift.
Fold Down Front
Available on selected Closed Lid Lifting Bags, the optional fold down front improves access for easier loading and unloading, enhancing overall usability on site.
