At Pinpoint Manufacturing, we have a wide range of Closed Lid Lifting Bags, our ‘CLB’ Range. The bags are different from our standard range, as they are box shaped with a fold over lid. We have designed these bags to securely hold a range of items whilst ensuring that they can be lifted and accessed with maximum ease.
Like all of our heavy lifting bags, the CLB is certified to a Working Load Limit (WLL), which is displayed clearly on the front panel of the bag to ensure capacity is not exceeded. Our CLBs all come with two heavy-duty lifting points, stainless steel lifting circles and plastic buckle clips to help to secure the lid even further.
The Closed Lid Bags from Pinpoint Manufacturing are available with external and/or internal trays. Internal trays are available in different sizes and can be used to section off the inside of the CLB if required. For example, we could fit three different trays into a bag to easily separate items to stop them from getting mixed up.
Over the past year, as part of one of our customer initiatives to reduce the amount of manual handling required, Pinpoint Manufacturing has started to offer pallet feet on our CLBs. We worked closely with engineers on-site to design and manufacture these successfully. Pallet feet allow movement of the bags with a forklift once they are off the hoists. This feature which allows the user to move the bags safely and easily has proven to be very popular with a wide range of clients.
Our range of Closed Lid Bags include bags with a WLL from 40kg to 1000kg. We can also list a different working load limit on the front panel of the bag should you wish to limit the bag to a lower load.
Our smallest CLB is 600mm long, 500mm wide and 200mm height when the lid is closed. Our largest CLB in comparison is 1600mm long, 900mm wide and has a closed lid height of 1100mm. Closed Lid Bags are available in various colours to either suit your branding needs or fit with your visual labelling system.
