Let’s take a look at what 2025 has brought to Pinpoint Manufacturing so far.
2025 is off to a flying start, and we’re excited to share some of the highlights from the year so far.
First and foremost, we were thrilled to welcome Jenn back to the team after her adventures Down Under! It’s great to have her energy and experience back in the office. Although Jenn has rejoined us, Adam will remain your primary contact for any bespoke design work. Jenn will be on hand to assist when needed, ensuring our customers receive the responsive and tailored support they’re accustomed to.
We’ve also had a fantastic new addition to the office team—Helen joined us earlier this year and has settled in brilliantly. With a background in sales and administration, Helen has quickly become a valuable team member. She’s always happy to help with enquiries and customer requests, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Regarding logistics, 2025 has been a year of growth and momentum. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in export demand, particularly across Europe. Our lifting bags have made their way across the globe, arriving in destinations including the United States, Taiwan, and even Romania. It’s always rewarding to see our products being used and trusted internationally. As a reminder, we offer the following Incoterms to our customers, wherever they are: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for convenience and simplicity and DAP (Delivered at Place) for customers who have their own appointed broker.
We’re proud to share that we’ve already sold over 700 bags this year—a strong start and testament to our customers’ trust in our products and service.
