Until recently, we supplied our LB range with end inserts as standard, as per the picture below. We have now made a design update.
These inserts are designed to enhance protection and structural support for the bag contents. While many customers appreciated this feature, recent feedback indicated that some customers found the inserts unnecessary for their needs.
Listening to your feedback is a priority for us and has led to a significant design update: we are making the end inserts an optional extra for our LB range. This decision enables customers to select options based on their specific needs.
As part of this adjustment, we have revised our pricing structure for the LB range. Customers opting out of the inserts will benefit from a slight price advantage, while the inserts remain available to customers who prefer the extra protection.
To include foam inserts, reference the new code “FOAM INSERT (LB Range)” when you place your order.
